AGREEMENT

You are allowed to view this website named www.oldmastersoncanvas.co.uk free of charge but by viewing the site you agree to the terms of this agreement. This agreement is applicable every time you view the site, so please read it so you know where we stand but more importantly where you stand when purchasing from the website.

JURISDICITON

In the event of any legal dispute.English law shall govern each transaction, including (without limitation) all contractual and other relationships, which arise as a result of such sales. You and we submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts in relation to any disputes arising out of any sale. This makes sense to us as we are and English company.


MISUSE OF THE SITE

You agree not to take images or scrape the site for content which we spent thousands of hours creating. It's only fair.

CONTRACT

When you make a purchase from us you have entered into a legal contract and so have we. We must supply the goods in the way we have described them to you and you mustt pay us. Now what happens if you don't like your purchase and want your money back. Well forget the distance selling regulations and 7 day cooling off period because read the guarantee below.

OUR GUARANTEE

In my experiece of 30 years buying and selling I find the bigger the company the harder they are to deal with (John Lewis excepted) when you have a complaint so I am keeping this simple.

If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason whatsoever send it back within 28 days and you will get a full refund less £5 ( admin and posting costs.) You are responsible for the cost of sending any goods back.


LIABILITY

We will not be liable to you or any third partyfor any indirect or loss or damage, or for any loss of data, profit,revenue, business or management time, howsoever caused by you using this site.

This does not affect your statutory rights as a Joe Public consumer.


Changes to the Agreement



We reserve the right to change it but agree to publish the changes on the front page of the site if we do. I doubt any changes will be made, as it is only more money for lawers.
